Jack A. McDaniel, age 72, of Saint Peters, Missouri passed away on Thursday, September 21, 2023. He was born in Jonesboro, Arkansas on July 25, 1951 to Morris and Mildred McDaniel (nee Gilley).
Jack is survived by his beloved wife of 49 years, Lynn McDaniel (nee Sabatino); cherished daughter, Leah (Matthew) Prater; treasured grandchildren, Charlie Crawford and Molly Prater; dear brothers, Jerry (Kathy) McDaniel and Jim (Joyce) McDaniel; and loving nieces, nephews, and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Morris McDaniel; and mother, Mildred McDaniel.
Jack was a lifelong lover of music. He played in several bands in the St. Louis Metro area. Nothing gave him as much joy as time spent with his grandchildren, and was especially proud of his grandson following in his footsteps as a musician. Jack was also an avid sports fan, and especially loved the St. Louis Cardinals. To know him was to love him. He will be incredibly missed by all his friends and family.
