James Ray Bruenning, age 74, of Saint Charles, Missouri passed away on Tuesday, June 14, 2022 in Saint Charles, Missouri. He was born in St. Louis, Missouri on March 5, 1948 to Leonard and Lorraine Bruenning (nee Abney).
James is survived by his son, James Bruenning II, siblings, Allen (Fran) Bruenning, Sue Montgomery, Renita (Tom) Byers, Tammy (Keith) Lochmann and sister-in-law, Toni Bruenning, granddaughter, Gianna Bruenning and a host of other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Leonard and Lorraine Bruenning; siblings, Arthur "Terry" Bruenning, Leonard "Bud" Bruenning Jr., and Lynn (Rich) Hebenheimer, and brother-in-law, Dallas Montgomery.
Services will be June 18, at St. Peters Chapel, Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters, Missouri 63376. Visitation will be from 3:00 pm until 6:00 pm at St. Peters Chapel. Interment will be private.
The family requests that any memorial donations be made to Vietnam Veterans of America.
