James Michael Duggan, age 79, of Saint Charles, Missouri passed away on Monday, December 4, 2023 in Saint Charles, Missouri. He was born in , Missouri on November 18, 1944 to James and Clare Duggan (nee Faherty).
James was an accomplished pianist. For 7 years James proudly served in the Missouri National Guard. James had a 43 year career in law enforcement including St. Charles County Sheriffs Department, Florissant Police Department, and he retired from Illinois State Police after 23 years as a Forensic Scientist.
James is survived by his Wife, Kathleen Marie Duggan; Two Sons, James (Jennifer) Duggan III, Joseph Duggan; Two grandchildren, Madison Duggan, Michael Duggan; and a host of other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his Father, James Michael Duggan; Mother, Clare Duggan; Daughter, Emilie Duggan.
Funeral Mass will be held on December 20, 2023 1:00 pm at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, 601 N 4th St, St Charles, MO 63301.
