Janet Lou VanMiddlesworth, age 79, of Wildwood, Missouri passed away on Wednesday, August 25, 2021 in O'Fallon, Missouri. She was born in Saint Louis, Missouri on February 9, 1942 to Herbert and Pearl Russell (nee West).
Jan never knew a stranger, only potential friends. Her personality was a vibrant one. Always full of life, laughter and love. She was always looking to help in any way she could. Her heart was broken when she lost the love of her life Joseph F VanMiddlesworth. Although she always loved The Lord, she gave herself completely to Him after Joe's sudden passing. Only God could help her through that. She loved without measure and found joy in serving God and loving life showing the Love of Christ in all she did. Her beautiful voice was used to praise the Lord and minister to others. To know Jan was to know a genuinely good and loving person and her passing leaves a huge void in the hearts of all who loved her and will continue to love her. Though we are sad she's no longer here with us physically, we know she is with her Savior Jesus Christ and reunited with her loved ones.
2Cor 5:8 "to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord."
Until we meet again…..

(Carol) VanMiddlesworth, Sandy VanMiddlesworth; grandchildren, Greg Clift, Danielle (Tim) Corley and Jared (Beth) VanMiddlesworth; and her great-grandchildren, Abbey VanMiddlesworth and Kate VanMiddlesworth.
