Janette B. Conaway, age 78, of Saint Peters, Missouri passed away on Tuesday, August 20, 2019 in her home surrounded by family. She was born in Saint Louis, Missouri on January 2, 1941 to Dorsey and Maude Haley ( Kinnaird).
Janette enjoyed doing crafts and genealogy with her nieces and friends. She was a long time member of Valley Sailing Association. Some of her other favorite things to do were boating, traveling and spending time with family.
Janette is survived by her Husband, Richard Conaway, Sr.; Sons, Richard F (fiancee Ginny) Conaway, Jr., and Steven "Keith" (Debbie) Conaway; Grandchildren, Valerie Conaway, and Kevin (Nichole) Conaway; She will be greatly missed by a host of family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Dorsey and Maude Haley; Two Brothers, Whitey (Bonnie) Haley, Gene (Jeanie) Haley; Three Sisters, Thadene Rohleder, Bernadine (Jack) Egerer, Alatha (Jim) McGee;
Visitation will be from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Friday, August 23, 2019 at Newcomer, St Peters Chapel, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters, Missouri 63376 (636-875-1200). A second visitation will be from 10:00 am to 11:00 am on Saturday, August 24, 2019. A funeral ceremony will take place after at 11:00 am. Interment will take place at Troy Cemetery, 1180 Boone St, Troy, MO 63379.
