Javier is survived by his mother, Maria Carmen Ruiz; son, Javier Ray Martinez; siblings Veronica (Jose Luis) Troncoso, Karina (Juan Carlos) Ramirez, Ana Elia Cuevas, Ricardo Javier (Ruth Guadalupe) Ruiz, Alfonzo Antonio (Ruby Miranda ) Ruiz, Elsa Gisel Ruiz, and Ernesto Ulises (Tanya) Ruiz.
He was preceded in death by his father, Javier Martinez.
