Jennifer "Jenny" White

Jennifer (Jenny) Linn White (nee Rick) passed away on Monday, August 31, 2020 after fighting a six year battle with ovarian cancer.
She was born in St. Louis, Missouri on February 9, 1973 to Thomas and Linn Brown (nee Rick).
Jennifer had such a strong passion for elephants and would let everyone know. She cherished the day she spent with the elephants at the Dickerson Park Zoo and never met an elephant she didn't love.
She worked at St. Louis Pediatrics Associates for 14 years and the people there became her second family and stood by and supported her and her family through her battle with ovarian cancer.
Jennifer is survived by her Son, Zach Rick, Son, Conner White, Father, Thomas Brown, Mother, Linn Brown, Sister, Jamie Harmon, Sister, Tommye (Chris) Rowles, Brother, Tom Burt, Beloved Dog, Izzy and she will be dearly missed by her aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Dickerson Park Zoo Elephants at 3043 N. Fort, Springfield, MO 65803.
Visitation will be held from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm on Friday, September 4, 2020 at Newcomer Funeral Home in St. Peters.
Jennifer's family requests that everyone who comes to the visitation to please wear a mask.
