Jessica Lynn Hickey

Jessica Lynn Hickey passed away on Sunday January 22, 2017, at the age of 38.
Jessie is survived by her husband, James Hickey; one son Alexander "Alex" Hickey; her parents Gary L. (Sharon) Nelson and Anita Nelson; a sister Lori Nelson; her father-in-law and mother-in-law James and Debbie Hickey, Sr. and her nephew Raymond Hussmann.
Jessie was happily married for 16 years and loved being a Mother to her 3 year old son, Alex; she was always caring and a selfless person, even in the end with her illness Jessie still always smiled. A collector for many years, she had quite the Eeyore collection and loved dressing up and going to Comic Con.
She worked for many years at Istotech; she fostered many friendships through her work and could not have asked for a more supportive network of co-workers and friends.
A gathering of friends and family will be held at Newcomer Funeral Home 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive Saint Peters, Missouri 63376 on Wednesday January 25th, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Per her final wishes, Jessica will be cremated.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Jessie's name to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure and will be accepted at the funeral home.
