Jo-Ann Barlow

Jo-Ann Louise Barlow, age 79, of O'Fallon, Missouri passed away on Thursday, November 23, 2017 in O'Fallon, Missouri. She was born in St. Louis, Missouri on January 5, 1938 to Henry and Alvina Kunz (nee Kopp). Jo-Ann was a Teller at Breman Bank, St. Louis for over 30 years, retiring in 2001. She was married to Charles Joseph Stout, who passed away in 1982, and Eugene Barlow, who passed away in 2002.

Jo-Ann is survived by her Children: Charles Steven (Deborah) Stout of O'Fallon, MO, Vernale L. (John) Childers of O'Fallon, MO, Jill Anne (Richard) Foss of O'Fallon, MO, and Joseph Emmett Stout of Saint Charles, MO; a brother-in-law, Earl Carpenter of Florissant; 6 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild; plus a host of other family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands, three sisters: Anna Fox, Ginny Bange, Marjorie Carpenter; and a brother, Walter Kunz.

Funeral Services will be 6:30 pm Monday, November 27, 2017 at Newcomer-St. Peters Chapel, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters, Missouri 63376. Visitation will be prior to services from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the St. Louis Shriners Hospital for Children, 4400 Clayton Ave, St Louis, MO 63110.
