Joan Marie Becker, age 81, of Saint Charles, Missouri passed away on Tuesday, June 21, 2022 in Saint Louis, Missouri. She was born in St. Louis, Missouri on March 21, 1941 to Ruth Getz (nee Meyer).
Joan loved animals, family history, and reading especially reading cookbooks. In her spare time she was always taking care of friends.
Joan is survived by her husband, Gordon Becker of 60 years, son, Grant (Lynnette) Becker, half sister, Lorna Anderson, nephews, Jason Dunville and Timothy Dunville, brother-in-law, Wayne (Elaine) Prosser, nephew, Bart Prosser, niece, Kristen (Matt) Crecilius, great-nieces, Lilian Crecilius and Avery Crecilius and a host of other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her mom, Ruth Getz and brother, Ronald (Joan) Dunville.
Services will be July 17, at St. Peters Chapel, Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters, Missouri 63376. Visitation will be from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm at St. Peters Chapel with a service to follow at 2:00 pm.
