Joan T. Franklin

Joan T. Franklin, of O'Fallon, Missouri died on Tuesday, March 23, 2021 at the age of 87; beloved wife of the late Lenwood N. Franklin; dear daughter of the late John L. and Josephine A. (nee Ceresia) Hoynes; devoted mother of Donna (Steven) Usery, Gregory (Jerri) Franklin, and Kristine Ross; cherished grandmother of Heather (Christopher) Stumphf, Angela Pfefferkorn, Joan (Brian) Schisler, Jason (Nina) Franklin, and Matthew Ross; cherished great-grandmother of Kyle (Cierra) Bowman, Eric Stumphf, Haylie Blythe, Khloey Schisler, Mason Pfefferkorn, Aubrey Schisler, Jaxson Franklin and Jordan Franklin; dearest sister of Mary Ann Hoynes. Joan is also survived by many other family members and dear friends, she will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Visitation will be from 10:00 am until 11:30 am with a service to follow at 11:30 am, both on Wednesday, March 31, 2021 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals, and Receptions, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, Saint Peters, Missouri 63376. A private family burial will follow at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in Saint Louis, Missouri.

For the safety of Joan's family and their guests face coverings and social distancing is requested for all funeral events.
