Joan D. Roeslein (nee Jackson), age 75, of Saint Louis, Missouri passed away on Saturday, March 3, 2018 in Bellefontaine Neighbors, Missouri. She was born in Bunker, Missouri on September 21, 1942 to Hubert and Lucy Jackson (nee Parker).
Joan was a Service Clerk at Walgreens for 30 years before retiring. She was an avid reader, she loved fishing and writing short stories.
Joan is survived by her children, Patricia A. (Steve) Huenke, Tamra L. Roeslein and Michael W. Roeslein; grandchildren, Bobbi L. (Kyle) Kozma, Amanda L. Langton, Eric S. Huenke and Alexis R. Lynch; great-grandchildren, Ashtynn M. Lacio, Harlen R. Kozma, Vance A. Kozma and Jolene T. Firebaugh; brother, Erman E. Jackson; aunt, Delphia Weichelt and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Hubert W. and Lucy P. Jackson and one brother, Thurman H. Jackson.
Funeral Ceremony will be 2:00 pm Saturday, March 10, 2018 at Newcomer Cremations Funerals and Receptions 837 Mid Rivers Mall Dr. St. Peters, MO 63376. Visitation will be from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm on March 10, 2018 prior to the funeral ceremony at Newcomer in the chapel.
