JoAnn M. Wickenhauser (nee Armbruster), passed away on Sunday, December 18, 2021 at her home. She was born on December 16, 1946. She was a St. Louis native.
JoAnn was a kind soul who loved her family, kids and animals. She worked in daycare for 25 years, caring for toddlers. They fondly nicknamed her JoJo, a name that has stuck with her to this day. JoAnn never met a stranger. She had a rare gift of making anyone feel comfortable around her. She will be dearly missed.
She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Donald J. Wickenhauser and her two sons, James C. Wickenhauser of Tampa, Florida and Robert D. Carter of St. Louis, Missouri, a Father-In-Law, Brother-In-Laws, Sister-In-Laws, Nieces, Nephews, and innumerable friends. She was preceded in death by her Father, Charles Armbruster, her mother Alice Armbruster and brother Charles Armbruster Jr.
