Joe Reece was born in St Louis Missouri on January 1, 1948 to his beloved parents Joe and Pearline Reece, both of whom preceded him in death. Also preceding him in death were his sisters Pearline Reece, Patricia Ann Patrick, Jean Sykes and Betsy Lee Sykes.
Joe attended St Louis Public Schools. After graduating from Vashon High School Joe joined the United States Marines. After serving a tour in Vietnam and being discharged he worked in family businesses as well as other local jobs.
Joe was a beloved brother, son, uncle, and friend. And he leaves behind a loving sister Lillie Reece Ellison and a host of family and close friends. He will be missed and remembered.
Graveside Service will be at 1:00 pm Friday, February 21, 2020 at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, St Louis, MO. Visitation will be from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home.
