Joe Billie Snipes, age 75, of West Alton, Missouri passed away on Friday, October 19, 2018. He was born in Boone County, Missouri on November 18, 1942 to the late Archie Snips and Mildred Underwood (nee: Smarr).
Joe was a Dry Waller for 40 years. He was married to Connie Snipes for 40 years.
Joe is survived by his Loving Wife, Connie Denise Snipes, Cherished Daughter, Billie Jo (Matthew) Messner, Son, Thomas Richvalsky and Son, Joseph Richvalsky, Adored Grandfather of Madeline and Evan Messner, Nicholas Dillon, Alex and Tanya Richvalsky, Brittany Woods, Kyle Barnes, Corey Barnes,
and Ciara Richvalsky. Dear Brother of Jerry Truman Snipes, and Brother-In-Law of Jeanetta Snipes. He was truly loved and will be greatly missed by a host of other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his Parents, Archie Snipes and Mildred Underwood, and Brother, Ray Snipes.
Visitation will be held November 3, 2018 from 2:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at VFW Post 4219, 6030 N Hwy 94, Portage Des Sioux, Missouri, 63373.
Memorial Contributions can be made to the VFW Post 4219, 6030 N Hwy 94, Portage Des Sioux, Missouri 63373 in honor of Joe.
