He leaves behind the love of his life CeCe Tobias and beloved mother Mary Belford.
Joe was preceded in death by his father Joseph F Belford
Uncles, Aunts and Grandparents.
He is a dear cousin, nephew and friend.
He was employed by AT&T for 33 years
Joe loved to fish, hunt and have a beer with his buddies.
He enjoyed fishing tournaments and fish fry's.
Most of all he loved his family and family gatherings.
