Joseph A. Van Deman, age 90, of Wentzville, Missouri passed away on Thursday, October 20, 2016 in Chesterfield, Missouri. He was born in Indianapolis, Indiana on September 27, 1926. Joe was drafted into the Army right out of High School in 1942 and served until his honorable discharge in 1947. Right before his discharge, in December 1947, Joe married the former Charlotte Glaser in Germany. After returning to the states, he attended and then graduated from Butler University. Joe and his family enjoyed Snow Skiing, camping, Trips and cruises. Joe was a Salesperson at FMC Corporation for over 40 years.
Joseph is survived by his Wife, Charlotte, of Wentzville, MO; two Sons, Bryan A. (Mary) Van Deman of O'Fallon, MO, and James D. Van Deman of Wentzville, MO; a Daughter, Jennifer Van Deman of Saint Peters, MO; seven grandchildren: Lori Van Deman, Eric (Meredith) Van Deman, Paul (Jenna) Van Deman, Michael (Lacy Majewski) Van Devan, Melissa (Dan) Hunt, Justin Van Deman and Alicia Van Deman; eight Great-grandchildren: Rory joe Iseri , Isaac Van Deman, Naomi Van Deman, Jace Van Deman, Logan Van Deman, Savannah Hunt, Carolina Hunt and Gloriana Hunt.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two Sons, Roger and Gordon Van Deman.
A Gathering will be from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm, with services at 5:00 pm, Tuesday, October 25, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters, Missouri 63376 with Rev. Robert Thompson officiating.
