Joy Emily Rosche

Joy Emily Rosche, age 89, of O'Fallon, Missouri passed away on Wednesday, July 17, 2024. She was born in Denver, Colorado on February 5, 1935 to Riley and Ruth Moore (nee Price). 

She was married to Jack Rosche for 71 years.

Joy was an avid family mom. She enjoyed reading and gardening. Above all Joy loved spending time with her family. She was loved by all who knew her and will be truly missed. 

Joy is survived by her two sons, Knute (Jan) Rosche, David (Ursula) Rosche; three daughters, Maggie Rosche, Claudia Kury, Sue (Derek) VanPelt; twelve grandchildren, Ryan, Greg, Amy, Emily, Matthew, Cody, Nathan, Justin, Riley, Ursu, Marisol, Diego; thirteen great-grandchildren, Hayden, Kinsley, Alison, Colin, Catherine, Caroline, Ben, Lily, Remedy, Jaxon, Hattie, Graham, Irina; and a host of other family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Rosche; mother, Ruth Moore; father, Riley Moore; brother, Jay Moore.

A visitation will be held Thursday, July 25, 2024 from 4:00 pm until 6:30 pm at St. Peters Chapel, Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters, Missouri 63376. Interment will take place at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery on Friday, July 26, 2024 at 10:45 am. A procession will leave on Friday, July 26, 2024 at 9:45am from Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters, Missouri 63376.
