Joyce A. Carlson, age 95, of Saint Charles, Missouri passed away on Tuesday, November 10, 2020 in St. Charles, Missouri. She was born in Clinton, Minnesota on February 13, 1925 to Ralph and Anna Winters (nee Nelson).
Joyce married Maurice Swenson in 1943. Together they had one daughter, Maureen. They were married until Maurice's passing in 1991. She later married Herbert Carlson in 1995, until his passing in 2010. Joyce worked at Clinton State Bank in the insurance department for many years. She was an avid gardener and loved to refinish furniture.
Joyce is survived by her daughter, Maureen (Jerry) Albrecht; her grandsons, Kyle and Kory (Lori) Albrecht; and her great-grandchildren, Devin, Dylan, Dawson, and Phoebe Albrecht. She will be dearly missed by many other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Maurice Swenson; her second husband, Herbert Carlson; her father, Ralph Winters; and her mother, Anna Winters; and her brothers, Allen, Benton, Danforth, and Carl Winters.
