Joyce Lumetta

Joyce Marie Lumetta, age 76, of Saint Peters, Missouri passed away on Friday, August 16, 2024 in Saint Peters, Missouri. She was born in St. Louis, Missouri on December 11, 1947 to Melvin and Virginia Buerman (nee Malvagna). 

Joyce was an avid gardener and cook, the family loved her Sicilian style sauce. Above anything else Joyce loved her grandsons. 

Joyce is survived by her Husband, Michael Lumetta; Two Sons, Michael Anthony Lumetta, Jason Christian (Amber) Lumetta; Three grandchildren, Michael Andrew Lumetta, Joseph Anthony Lumetta, Gabriel Angelo Lumetta; and a host of other family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her Mother, Virginia Buerman (nee Malvagna); Father, Melvin Christian Buerman; Siblings, Fred Buerman, Margie Byers, and Carol Buerman; Sister-In-Law, Joan Buerman; and Brother-In-Law, Patrick Keith Byers. 

Visitation will be from 4:00 pm until 9:00 pm on Monday, August 26, 2024 at St. Peters Chapel, Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters, Missouri 63376. Mass will be at 10:00 am on Tuesday, August 27, 2024 at Saint Cletus Catholic Church, 2705 Zumbehl Rd, St Charles, MO 63301.
