Joyce Arlene Parks-Neiderhiser, age 61, of Moscow Mills, Missouri passed away on Wednesday, November 29, 2023 in Lake Saint Louis, Missouri. She was born in La Mirada, California on April 7, 1962 to Cloy and Sarah Parks (nee Chadwell).
Joyce is survived by her loving boyfriend, Corey Harper of Moscow Mills, MO; sons, R.J. (Crystal) Neiderhiser, of Elma, WA, Nicholas (Alicia) Neiderhiser of Rush, CO, Zachary Neiderhiser of Sterling, CO, and Jacob Neiderhiser of Clovis, CA; mother, Sarah Parks; brother, Jeff (Joy) Parks; sister-in-law, Kathy Dinwiddie; and mother and father-in-law, Trudy and John Dinwiddie. Also survived by many loving grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and a host of other family members and friends including Ray Neiderhiser, Sr.
She was preceded in death by her father, Cloy Jay Parks.
Joyce was an extremely talented crafter, and loved spending time making creative items for family and friends. She was dearly loved, and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
