Judy Gayle Rentz

Judy Gayle Rentz (nee Griffin), age 74, of O'Fallon, Missouri passed away on Wednesday, September 21, 2022 in O'fallon, Mo, surrounded by her family as she met Jesus at the gates in heaven. She was born in Batesville, Arkansas on June 8, 1948 to Robert and Ernestine Griffin (nee Bruce).

Judy was known for stellar sarcasm and witty sense of humor. She loved watching true crime documentaries and never turned down a piece of chocolate or a Pepsi. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She had a big heart for the ones she loved.

Judy is survived by her daughter, Angela (Dennis) Watson; seven grandchildren, Amanda (Nichole) Cross, Alyssa Spell, Allie Spell, Brandon Watson, Bella Watson, Tyler (Mary) Watson, and Melissa (Josh) Watson; two great-grandchildren, Boston Bell and Archer Cross; brother, Bob Griffin; and a host of other family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Ernestine Griffin and brother, Jimmy Griffin.

Visitation will be from 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm on Sunday, October 2. Funeral Ceremony will be 10:00 am Monday, October 3, 2022 at St. Peter's Chapel, Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters, Missouri. Following her wishes her body will be laid to rest at Valhalla Gardens of Memory next to her mother and brother.
