Karen J. Forrest

Karen Jean Forrest, age 64, of Bellefontaine Neighbors, Missouri passed away on Thursday, October 26, 2017 in St. Louis, Missouri. She was born in St. Louis, Missouri on October 2, 1953 to Clarence "Jr." and Jean Wolford (nee Toler).

Karen was a retired Beautician, loved working outside and collecting animal figurines. She and Richard "Rick" Forrest united in marriage on February 16, 1974, in St. Louis. He preceded her in death August 15, 2017. Also preceding her in death was her father.

Karen is survived by her sons, Richard James (Jessica) Forrest, II of O'Fallon, MO, Timothy Loyd (Krista) Forrest, Sr. of Wentzville, MO; her mother Jean Wolford of St. Peters; sisters Stephanie Benhardt of Wentzville and Diane (Larry) Humphries of Robertsville, MO; and she was a loving grandmother to Monica, Britney, Tim Jr., and Owen Forrest, and a loving aunt to Dawn Jones, Dave (Julie) Humphries and Carrie Benhardt and great-aunt to Destinee, Matthew, Willow and Mason.

Funeral Services will be 7:30 pm Wednesday, November 1, 2017 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals and Receptions, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters, Missouri 63376 with Pastor Robert Feeler officiating. Visitation will be from 4:00 pm until 7:30 pm prior to services at the funeral home.
