Kathleen Ann (Doherty) Kleffner

Kathleen Ann (Doherty) Kleffner, age 77, of O'Fallon, Missouri passed away on Sunday, February 16, 2020. She was born in St Louis, Missouri on November 12, 1942 to John and Margaret Mary Doherty (nee Kavanaugh).
Kathleen was a dedicated mother and grandmother who loved babies and kids and everybody really. She encouraged all the grandkid's friends to call her Nana. Kathy started doing charity work in her twenties through a philanthropic charity, Phi Tau Omega. Kathy was host to many family gatherings even after she raised her kids. She loved golfing, hosting pool parties, and taking trips to the casino for video poker. Family was always center stage for Kathleen up until her last breath.
Kathleen is survived by her husband, Joseph Kleffner of O''Fallon, MO, daughter, Judy (Ken) Reel, son, Tim (Kelly) Kleffner, son, Dan (Sandy) Kleffner, daughter, Teresa Kleffner, eleven grandchildren; Kenny, Meghan, Michael, Josh (Katie), Abby, Matthew, Adam, Jacob, Ben, Grace, and Sam, four great-grandchildren; Lilly, Kendal, Cooper, and Jameson, brother, Bill (Peggy) Doherty and a host of other family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents John and Margaret Mary Doherty, a sister Maureen Robben, and a brother John Michael Doherty.
Visitation will be Friday, February 21, 2020 from 4:00 ~ 8:00 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Dr. St Peters, MO. Funeral Mass will be Saturday, February 22, 2020 at 10:00 am at All Saints Catholic Church in St Peters, MO.
