Kay Frances Judd, age 85, of Norman, Oklahoma, walked into the arms of Jesus on Saturday, January 27, 2024 in Saint Peters, Missouri. She was born in Alto Pass, Illinois on March 5, 1938 to Dee and Ola Neighbors (nee Adams).
Kay is survived by her sons, Martin D. (Carol) Milster of Washington, Oklahoma, Curtis E. (Peggy) Milster of Saint Peters, Missouri, and Mark W. Milster of Purcell, Oklahoma; grandchildren, Kristin Milster, Hannah Milster, Jacob (Danielle) Milster, Jesse Milster, Jordan (Anna Heidelberg) Milster, Jedidiah (Mady Koeller) Milster, and Savannah Milster; great-grandchildren, Nancy Milster, Augusta Milster, Marshall Milster, and Mia Milster; Sister, Elizabeth (the late Dan) McCuan; and a host of other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Judd; son, Gregory D. Milster; grandchildren, Parker Milster and Madeline Milster; father, Dee Neighbors; mother, Ola Neighbors; brothers, Charles Neighbors, John Neighbors, Emmet (wife Glenda survives) Neighbors, and Lloyd (wife Pauline survives) Neighbors; and sisters, Ann Smith, Jenny Headrick, and Carolyn (husband Andy survives) Granda.
Kay was an angel on earth, and will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
Kay will be laid to rest in her hometown of Alto Pass, Illinois. Friends and relatives are invited to an evening visitation on Friday, February 2, 2024 from 5:00 - 7:00 pm at Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Anna, Illinois, and Graveside services on Saturday, February 3, 2024 at 1:00 pm at Alto Pass Cemetery with pastor Bobby Richardson officiating.
