Kenneth Eugene Spencer Sr.

Kenneth Eugene Spencer, age 74, of Old Monroe, Missouri passed away on Monday, April 17, 2023. He was born in Clarksburg, West Virginia on December 2, 1948 to Carl and Leleigha Spencer (nee Freeland).

Kenneth was a proud veteran of the US Navy. He was a Truck Driver for Kroger and Jack Cooper. He was married to Sharon Spencer for 53 years.

Kenneth was a devoted family man, loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather.

Kenneth is survived by his Wife; Two Sons, Kenny (Amy Vogt) Spencer, Dan (Jennifer) Spencer; Daughter, Krissy (Steve) Spencer; Six grandchildren, Kenneth (Veronica) Spencer III, Chelsea (Jay) Collins, Michaela (Dalton) Collins, Coleman Spencer, Adam Spencer, Luke Spencer; Great-Grandchild, Kenneth Spencer, IV; Sister, Barb Parsons; Brother-in-Law, Fred Meyer; and a host of other family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by his Father, Carl Eugene Spencer; Mother, Leleigha Katherine Gnagey; Aunt, Emma Gabbert; and sister, Nina Sue Beckwith.

Visitation will be Saturday, May 6, 2023 from 12:30pm until 4:30pm at St. Peters Chapel, Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters, Missouri 63376. A memorial ceremony will immediately follow at 4:30pm also at Newcomer St. Peters. Interment will follow on Monday. Due to limited capacity, interment will be immediate family only.
