Kent Alexander Ward, age 74, of Weldon Spring, Missouri passed away on Monday, January 2, 2023 in Weldon Spring, Missouri. He was born in St. Louis, Missouri on December 29, 1948 to Maurice and Delores Ward (nee Leetch). Kent was a Co-Owner of Hazelwood Autoparts until his retirement in 1997. He was married to JoAnn Ward.
Kent was a member of the Lion's Club in Hazelwood for many years.
Kent is survived by his , Daughter, Mellisa (Chris) DeGrave of Kenosha, WI; Two Grandsons, Alex Smith, Ian Smith; Great-Grandson, Viktor Smith; and a host of other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his Father, Maurice Ward; Mother, Delores Ward; Sister, Cathy Ward; Daughter, LaDena Terry.
Visitation will be Thursday, January 5th, 2023 from 5:00pm until 7:00pm at St. Peters Chapel, Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters, Missouri 63376. A graveside service will be held the following morning on Friday, January 6th, 2023 at 9:00am at St. Charles Memorial Gardens.
