Kirk Edward Goetz, age 62, of Saint Charles, Missouri passed away on Thursday, February 11, 2021. He was born in Saint Louis, Missouri on April 26, 1958 to Marvin and Rose Goetz (nee Schrick).
Master carpenter, painter and entrepreneur doesn't even cover the breadth and depth of knowledge he had in the trades. He was a jack of all trades and a master in many.
Kirk loved watching western movies, hunting, fishing and family dinners at Red Lobster. In his spare time he liked woodworking in his shop. Most of all, he cherished spending time with his grandchildren.
Kirk is survived by his wife, Kathleen J. Goetz; his sons, David N. (Hannah E.) Goetz and Joshua M. (Megan N. A.) Goetz; his grandchildren, Kaylee Thomason, Haley Jacobs, Devin Jacobs, Mason Jacobs, Madisynn Jacobs, Jayden Goetz, Jordyn Goetz, Jaxsyn Goetz, Ensley Goetz, Skyler Goetz, Eden Goetz and Lincoln Goetz; and his siblings, Donna (Kevin) McCance, Sharon (Larry) Terbrock, Jeannie (Kevin) Lund, and Denise (Jesse) Marshall. He will be dearly missed by many nieces, nephews cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Amanda Lynn Goetz; his brother, Carl Ray Goetz; and his parents, Marvin and Rose Goetz.
Visitation will be from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm on Friday, February 19, 2021 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters, Missouri 63376.
For the safety of the Goetz family and their guests, face coverings and social distancing will be required.
