Larry Ace Garcia, age 69, of Arnold, Missouri passed away on Monday, April 29, 2024 in Saint Louis, Missouri. He was born in St. Louis, Missouri on April 1, 1955 to Richard and Willadean Garcia (nee Yeargain).

Larry is survived by his beloved wife of 33 years, Norma Garcia (nee Johnson); step-son, Charles Johnson; daughter-in-law, Michele McCollister; brother, Richard (Lois) Garcia; sisters, Carol (the late Mike) Zakrzewski and Marie Wade; as well as numerous grandchildren, other family members, and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Richard Garcia; mother, Willadean Garcia; step-son, James Anthony Hummel; brother, Joseph Garcia; sister, Diane (husband Howard survives) Sloan; and brothers-in-law, Ralph Johnson and James "Buzz" Dell (wife Margaret survives) Johnson.

Larry served his country with honor in the United States Coast Guard. He loved fishing and camping, and going to Cardinals baseball games. Larry enjoyed entertaining and cooking for family and friends, especially putting together an annual Luau with his wife. He was also a huge animal lover, especially dogs. Larry was dearly loved, and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
