Laura Jane Feltenstein

Laura Jane Feltenstein, age 65, of O'Fallon, Missouri passed away on Monday, April 1, 2024. She was born in Granite City, Illinois on August 22, 1958 to Joseph and Barbara Dyer (nee Bryant).

A graduate of Granite City High North, Laura was a licensed beautician and a brief time as a realtor before starting a career with the Postal Service where she retired. She was an avid golfer, highlighted by her two hole in ones. She loved to play cards, watch her grand children play sports, attend marching band competitions, planted flowers every spring, tinker with her or Jen's gold fish pond, fishing, biking, walking, and going on adventures with anyone who was willing.

Laura is survived by her husband, Laren Feltenstein; daughter, Jennifer (Brett) McReynolds; son, Matthew (Catherine) Kessler; eight grandchildren, Abbigale Done, Ashley Done, Aadien Kessler, Sydney Feltenstein, Isabella Feltenstein, Meredith Feltenstein, Dominic Feltenstein, Kyle Walker; great-grandchild, Laura Voltmer; brother, Kevin (Lynne) Dyer; sister, Linda (Dan) Turk; step-son, Zachary (Kathy) Feltenstein; step-daughter, Leah (Joe) Akhavan; and a host of other family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Barbara Jean Dyer; and father, Joseph Earl Dyer.

Visitation will be from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm at St. Peters Chapel with a Funeral Ceremony immediately following at 1:00 pm Tuesday, April 9, 2024 at St. Peters Chapel, Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters, Missouri 63376 with Greg Volpitto officiating.
