Laura Rootz

Laura Rootz, born on June 21, 1963, was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, friend. She peacefully passed from this life on November 6, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of love and cherished memories.

Laura is survived by her devoted husband, Glen Rootz; her son, Zachary (Emily) Rootz; and her daughter, Kasi Rootz. She was a proud grandmother to Liam Rootz and Holly Rootz, whose lives she brightened with her unwavering affection. Laura also leaves behind her two brothers, Tom (Elaine) Arnotti and Rich (Joyce) Arnotti, along with her two sisters, Bev (Jim) Arnotti and Kathy Lewis. The warmth of her spirit will be missed by a host of other family members and friends who knew her and felt her love.

Laura had a passion for spending time with her grandchildren, cherishing every moment shared with them and creating lasting memories. Her love for family was evident in all she did, and she was a source of strength and support for those around her.

She was preceded in death by her father, Paul Arnotti, and her mother, Marjorie Arnotti.

A visitation in Laura's memory will be held on November 23, 2024, from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, followed by a memorial service at 3:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, St. Peters, located at 837 Mid Rivers Mall Dr, St. Peters, MO 63376.

Laura Rootz's spirit will live on in the hearts of her loved ones as they remember her kindness, laughter, and devotion.
