Lawrence Duane Dixon, age 81, of Maryland Heights, Missouri passed away on Wednesday, January 8, 2020.
He was born in Quincy, Illinois on March 14, 1938 to John and Katherine Dixon (nee Koerline).
Lawrence was a Civil Engineer for more than 40 years. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, traveling, fishing, college basketball, Billy Peek concerts, and summertime concerts at the parks.
Lawrence is survived by his Daughter, Debbie (Ron) Davidson, Son, David D. (Laura) Dixon, Daughter, Linda M. Dixon, Son, Kevin L. (Michelle) Dixon, Sister, Marilyn (Don) Bracy, Sister, Angie (Mike) Dick, and his Dearest Loving Friend Helen Gonce. He will also be dearly missed by his 11 Grandchildren and by other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and four siblings.
Visitation will be held from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm on Saturday, January 18, 2020 at Newcomer Funeral Home.
Funeral Ceremony will be held at 1:00 pm Saturday, January 18, 2020.
