Leland "Lee" Thrasher

Leland, (Lee) Thrasher 87 of Overland Missouri passed away Monday, July 29, 2024 at home. Cremation is planned with no service at this time. Lee was born August 26, 1936 in rural Clay County Arkansas to John Ellis and Clara Toy (Spicer) Thrasher. 

Lee was a hard-working man who retired from Fred M Luth and Sons construction company December 31, 1998 after many years of service. He was a simple man who enjoyed going on cruises and watching the St. Louis Cardinals with his wife, Barb. He also loved spending time with his kids, grandkids and great grandkids. Lee will be deeply missed and remembered by all his family and friends. 

He was preceded in death by his parents John Ellis and Clara Thrasher, his sister Esthel and brother Bill. 

He is survived by his wife of 60 years Barbara. His children Lisa Marler, Leland Thrasher Jr., Lance (Tricia) Thrasher. His grandchildren Samantha (Anthony) Fitzsimmons, Danielle (Nathanael) Mooningham, Taylor Thrasher, Alexandra (Michael) Trembley, Miranda Thrasher, Jordan Thrasher. His great grandchildren, Alexis Fitzsimmons, Jayden Fitzsimmons, Khloe Mooningham, Blake Trembley, Valerie Mooningham. He is also survived by his brother John Ellis Thrasher.
