Lois Inez Wilson, age 93, of Saint Louis, Missouri passed away on Tuesday, February 27, 2018 in California, Missouri. She was born in St. Louis, Missouri on November 17, 1924 to Samuel and Inez Metz (nee Neil).
Lois was a homemaker who enjoyed spending time with her family. She was a member of Ferguson Presbyterian Church choir, quilt club and Eastern Star. She was married to the late Wayne E. Wilson.
Lois is survived by her daughter, Susan L. King of Jefferson City, MO, son, Daniel W. Wilson of Saint Louis, MO; grandchildren, Scott (Stacey) King, Ryan King and Brad (Eileen) Spelman; great-grandchildren, Andrew King, Joshua King, Dylan King and Rachel Spelman; great-great-grandchildren, Greyson King and Anahi Tadeo; son-in-law, George Spelman and a host of other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Pamela A. Spelman; father, Samuel Metz; mother, Inez Metz; brothers, Neil Metz, Eugene Metz and Richard Metz;
Funeral Ceremony will be 1:00 pm Friday, March 2, 2018 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals Reception 837 Mid Rivers Mall Dr. St. Peters, Missouri 63376 with Rev. Michael Trautmann officiating. Visitation will be from 12:00 pm until 1:00 pm at Newcomer Chapel. Burial will take place following the service at Memorial Park Cemetery 5200 Lucas Hunt Rd. St. Louis, Missouri 63121.
In lieu of flowers, the family ask that donations be made to Ferguson Presbyterian Church Choir 401 Darst Rd. Ferguson, Missouri 63135.
