Madonna Jean Caldwell

Donna Caldwell departed her loving family and friends on March 1, 2022, at the age of 68.

She was born in St. Louis, Missouri on September 16, 1953. She was the fifth of six children to the late Vincent and Virginia Jasper. Siblings include Steve Jasper, Gerry Jasper, and Tom Jasper. Donna is proceeded in death by her brother, Charlie Jasper and Sister, Carol Ryan.

Donna married her best friend and soulmate, Halie Caldwell on April 18, 2003). They shared 19 amazing years together.

Donna was a loving mother to her Daughter Colleen (Rick) Burkhardt; Sons, Gary (Tracy) Krawzik, and Jeremy (Rae) Krawzik. Stepsons: Terrell (Kimberly) Caldwell and the late Sherron (Sharon B.) Caldwell. Donna was blessed with 6 Grandchildren: Jessica Hercules, Brenden, Remi & Jasper Krawzik, Bryce P. and Braedyn Krawzik. 4 Step Grandchildren: Ryen, Whitney, Shane and Gaven and 3 Great Grandchildren: Kayli, & Cayden Niedringhaus and Riane Caldwell.

Donna dedicated 25 years as the first woman Aerospace precision plater, before retiring from Boeing in 2008. Donna was also known for her former position as one of the first female Apprentice in the Elevators' Union, Local 3. In Donna's retired days she enjoyed spending time with her husband traveling, swing dancing, watching their favorite Game shows, Reality court, the World News and Soap Operas. Additionally, she enjoyed baking with her grandkids, spending time with her family and playing "their numbers." She was most proud of her role as a Union Delegate and Shop Stewart. Donna had a strong solidarity with the union and was highly passionate about women's equality in the union and work force in general.

Donna was loved by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and Friends that share the mourning of her passing.

A Memorial Ceremony will be held at the Newcomer Funeral Home on March 19, 2022, from 11:00am-1:00pm with the closing service starting at 1:00pm.

In honor of Donna and her wishes, a Celebration of life with be held at Derienzo's Pizza & Pub, immediately following the Memorial ceremony. Derienzo's Pizza & Pub is located at 1267 Jungermann Road, Saint Peters, Missouri 63376. Everyone is welcomed.
