Margaret Franzer, age 97, of Saint Peters, Missouri passed away on Monday, January 15, 2018 in Creve Couer, Missouri. She was born in St. Louis, Missouri on January 25, 1920 to Clement and Bertha Clarke (nee Courrier).
Margaret was a homemaker who enjoyed spending time with her family. She was married to Walter Franzer for 58 years when he died on 02/21/2004.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents and two children, John "Mike" Conley and Kathleen Hehmann.
Margaret is survived by her children, Jeanette Franzer of Saint Peters, MO, Judith (Clarence) Conley of O'Fallon, MO, Richard (Rose) Franzer, Elizabeth (Durwood Lee) McCafferty of St. Peters, MO, Linda Franzer of St. Peters, MO, Christine (Mark) Eaton of Wentzville, MO, Paul Franzer of Creve Couer, MO and David Franzer of St. Peters, MO; 19 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren and a host of other family members and friends.
Funeral Ceremony will be 12:00 pm Monday, January 22, 2018 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals and Receptions 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters, Missouri 63376 with Keith Ellerbrock officiating. Visitation will be prior to the ceremony from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm at Newcomer Chapel. Interment will be held at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery St. Louis, MO at 9:45am on January 23, 2018.
