Margaret Frances Kaelin, age 93, of O Fallon, Missouri passed away on Sunday, July 26, 2020. She was born in St Louis, Missouri on October 4, 1926 to John and Viola Hoffer (nee Fox).
Margaret Kaelin was a devoted wife and loving mother of 10 children. Margaret's love for life never wavered, she endured through the death of her husband, the death of 3 of her own children along with her personal illness and never complained. One of her favorite phrases was, "Thank you Jesus". She was a faith filled woman. She was also an avid Cardinal fan, you always knew if the Cardinals were winners the day before because she would be dressed in all red for the victory. She had shirts with each Cardinal players name on the back, she was red from head to toe. Even during the last 3 years as she struggled after a severe fall she never complained. Margaret was an excellent example to others of never giving up, she truly enjoyed her life on earth although it was not always easy. She was a kid at heart, a lover of beanie babies and fast food restaurants along with her favorite Brio's pork chop dinner. Her love of life continued to the end. She will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
