Marilyn Sue Franklin age 64, of Saint Peters, Missouri passed away August 31, 2018. Marilyn was born September 28, 1953, in St Louis, Missouri, the daughter of Lester and Myrtle Smith.
Marilyn graduated from McClure High School High School in 1972. After graduation she attended Northeast Missouri State for two years. Then graduated from Forest Park Community College with an Associate's Degree as a Medical Assistant in May of 1976. She was united in marriage to Don Franklin in May 1976. She was a devoted wife, mother and friend. Her greatest blessings called her "Nana".
She was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include her husband, Don of 42 years, son Aaron Franklin, daughter, Jessica Johnson (Darvin), two blessings: Dominic and Cole, sister Pat Gross, nephew Jeff Gross and a niece Andrea Gross.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, September 5, 2018 at Summit Community Church 927 E Terra Ln, O'Fallon, MO 63366. Informal visitation will be held before and after the service.
Marilyn valued friendships as a gift. In her memory, the family asks that you reach out to friends and loved ones, especially the ones with whom you may have lost contact. Tell them they are loved and how much they mean to you.
