Marlene Helen Diedrich

Marlene Diedrich, age 80, of O'Fallon, MO, was at home and surrounded by her children as she entered into rest on December 22, 2018. She was born in St Louis, MO on July 28, 1938 to Helen (Perhat) and Frank Radetic. Her greatest joys in life were spending time with family and following the lives of her grandchildren, Tom, Alex, Amy and Eric. Her extraordinary group of friends kept her going. Besides shopping, Bunco and her sweet dog Penny, she enjoyed talking with all her neighborhood friends. She made everyone feel welcome and at home offering food, drink and the inevitable 'ham sandwich'.
Survived by Michael (Kathleen) Diedrich, Elaine (Stewart) Williamson and David Diedrich, four grandchildren, brother John (Cindy) Radetic, niece Lauren (Steve) Gloriod, and nephew Chris Radetic, and a long list of family and lifelong friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 59 years, Ray, in April and cousin Marianne Cruz.

A Celebration of Life Graveside will take place at a later date,following cremation.
