The man who needs no introduction... Marvin Wilson

Dad was a man of many talents. He was a loving and caring Husband, Father of 5 children, Grandfather, Great Grandfather & Friend. He enjoyed stock car racing, hunting, fishing, bowling and golf and had bragging rights to a 300 bowling game, a hole in one, numerous stock car racing wins, and even recorded his own record in Memphis. Most of you know him for his #1 passion which was singing and entertaining...but what most of you DONT KNOW is that he enjoyed it even more than we did. Anyone who has seen him perform has witnessed the "naysayers" in the audience saying "what's this old guy gonna do?". As he approaches the stage and begins to sing you see their jaw hit the ground and the next thing you know they're yelling for more.

So many friends and so many fans... we've all got great memories of a man who made us laugh and dance for the last 60 years. Next to the love of his life (Dee Dee), his music and family were his #1 passion. So when you hear "Glad you got to see me" or "It's been a slice of heaven" or "See me later bye" or "Tootles" or "Were gonna take a short pause for the cause so stick and stay don't go away" or how about "Here's a little Memphis Soul for ya" or maybe "Here's a little Elvis for Ya" be sure and remember him...BUT when you hear him say "LAST SONG OF THE NIGHT" and sing "House of the Rising Sun"... remember him then... you'll know it's time to go home... and that's exactly what happened our "ROCKSTAR"
went home... R.I.P. now Daddy there'll be no more pain. WE ALL LOVE YOU SO MUCH... that's our claim to fame!

When God took you from us you made your "Final Curtain Call"...
just know you'll be missed but remembered by ALL!

Give Mom big kisses cuz one things for sure...we
know you're together and won't let us fall!

We will all anxiously wait to see you again...
Whenever God says it's time........for our "Final Call."
