Mary Evelyn Hartmann, age 96, of Saint Peters, Missouri passed away on Sunday, March 28, 2021 in O'Fallon, Missouri. She was born in East St. Louis, Illinois on January 28, 1925 to Curtis and Alta Jones (nee Thomason).
Mary is survived by her children, Mary Heider, Terry Elizabeth (Daniel) Winkelman, Gregory Louis (Terran) Jobe, Rebecca (Dennis) Heady, Pamela (David) Bommarito, Gary Joseph (Debra) Hartmann, Jackie (Dan) Lucas, Kathleen (William) Molitor, daughter-in-law, Lois Elaine Jobe; 24 grandchildren, 46 great-grandchildren, 23 great-great-grandchildren and a host of other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Hartmann; parents, Curtis and Alta Jones; son, Robert Jobe; grandson, Shane Turner; son-in-law, Nobel Heider; siblings, Louise (Glen) Smith, Virginia L (Gaylord) Singleterry, and Curtis Jones, Jr.
Memorial Service will be 12:00 pm Friday, April 9, 2021 at Chapel of the Cross Lutheran Church, 907 Jungermann Rd, St Peters, MO 63376. Visitation will be from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm at Chapel of the Cross. Interment will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery, 5200 Lucas and Hunt Road (at Highway 70), St. Louis, MO 63121.
