Mary Jane Koncz, age 68, of Saint Charles, Missouri passed away on Tuesday, October 19, 2021.
Beloved Wife of Joe; loving Mother to Caroline and Mother-in-Law to Nick; cherished Sister of Pat (Bev) Garey, Michele (Sal) Manganelli, Maggie (Dave) Essary; Sister-in-Law to Jim and Lagrimas Koncz; adored Aunt to Katie (Wayne), Lauren, Danny (Julie), and Ryan (Tram); Great Aunt to Jack and Henry, a cousin, and a Niece.
Mary had a lifelong friend Peggy, a devoted friend in Rita, and countless other friends. An amazing cook, Mary enjoyed a party and it was always a good time when she hosted. Mary's true passion was her family. She was devoted to all of us, but none more than Joe and Caroline, and later, Nick, and her grand dog Charlie.
She was proceeded in death by her parents; Robert J. Garey and Constance M. Garey.
Mary fought a brief but courageous battle with a Glioblastoma.
Thank you to the angels who provided Mary with comfort and care during her illness.

Visitation will be held from 4 pm until 8 pm on Monday, October 25, 2021 at Newcomer Cremations and Funerals in St. Peters.
Interment will be held at 10:15 am at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery on Tuesday, October 26, 2021.
The family requests that masks be worn at the visitation.
