Mary Beth Lowe

Mary Beth Lowe, age 62, of St Peters, Missouri passed away on Friday, September 22, 2023. She was born in St. Louis, Missouri on December 31, 1960 to James and Arline Kolodgie, Sr. (nee Kupfer).

Mary Beth is survived by her husband, Jim Lowe; sons, Nick (Katie) Lowe and Chris (Samantha) Lowe; grandchildren, Alayna Lowe, Grace Lowe, Cassidy Lowe, and Holden Lowe; sisters, Chris (Cliff) Tappel and Diane (Joe) Orlando; brothers, Jim (Barbara) Kolodgie, Jr. and Jeff Kolodgie; brother-in-law, Mike (Lisa) Lennon; sister-in-law, Kim (Mitch) Day; father-in-law, Joseph Lowe; and mother-in-law, Alice Lowe. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, other family members, and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, James Kolodgie, Sr.; mother, Arline Kolodgie; brother, Stephen Kolodgie; sister, Barb Lennon; and brother-in-law, Richard Lowe.

Mary Beth was a devout catholic all her life starting at St. Thomas More followed by Sts. Joachim and Ann Catholic Church. Mary Beth was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend to many. Whenever she wasn't working for Target (45 years) she loved spending time with her family, bass fishing with Jim, watching Cardinals baseball and vacations on the beach at her Ft. Myers timeshare. Mary Beth was a selfless spirit that put others before her even up until going home to be with Jesus and family. She always had ambitions to volunteer her time with J&A's care service after retiring.


In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Mary Beth's honor to Sts. Joachim and Ann Care Service, or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
