Mary Schnelting

Mary Victoria Schnelting, age 70, of Saint Charles, Missouri passed away on Wednesday, June 7, 2023 in Bridgeton, Missouri. She was born in St. Louis, Missouri on November 12, 1952 to John Marshall and Meredith Cleary (nee Shapleigh).

Mary was a strong Christian, dedicated mother and grandmother. She was an avid writer who loved to travel and spend time in the outdoors. She had a great attitude and was determined to the very end. Mary will be greatly missed by all those who loved her.

Mary is survived by her Children, Bart W. Laster, Lee S. (Jennifer Lynn) Schnelting, Kirk W. (Jennifer Christina) Schnelting, Adam N. (Christine) Schnelting, Mary V. (Nathan) Mansmith; Three Sisters, Marsha Simpson, Noel Ampleman, Meredith Roseman; 7 Grandchildren; and a host of other family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her Parents, Meredith and John Marshall Cleary; Husband, Rick O. Schnelting; Sister, Judith Pickard-Mika.

Funeral Ceremony will be 5:30 pm Thursday, June 22, 2023 at St. Peters Chapel, Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters, Missouri 63376. Visitation will be from 3:30 pm until 5:30 pm at St. Peters Chapel. Interment will be private.
