MaryEllen Nicard, age 79, of Saint Louis, Missouri passed away on Wednesday, May 26, 2021.
She was born in St. Louis, Missouri on February 17, 1942 to Nicholas and Helen Bommarito (nee Sullivan).
MaryEllen was married to Edward Nicard on December 12, 1959 and they spent 62 and a half cherished years together.
They loved to watch TV and they loved to spend time with their family especially the grandchildren.
MaryEllen liked going to yard sales and thrift stores, she also liked ice cream and elephants.
She was a member of the Holy Trinity Catholic Church and worked for the Little Sisters of the Poor.
MaryEllen had the best smile and everyone she met was a friend to her. She enjoyed talking to everyone and nobody was a stranger.
MaryEllen is survived by her Sister, Helen (Donald) Hanson, Husband, Edward J Nicard, Jr., Son, James Joseph (Debbie) Nicard, Son, Edward J Nicard, III, Daughter, Lisa G (Joseph) Manno, Daughter, MaryEllen G Nicard, Daughter, Bridget M (Paul) Hayden, Grandson, Edward J Nicard, Grandson, James J (Lindsey) Nicard, Granddaughter, Rachel M (Jason) Manno-Hall, Grandson, Christopher M Nicard, Granddaughter, Samantha A Manno, Grandson, Kristian D Nicard, Grandson, Nathan R Hayden, Granddaughter, Debra M Hayden, Grandson, Levi T Hayden, Great-Granddaughter, Inareia Nicard, Great-Granddaughter, Kiaala Nicard, Great-Grandson, James J Nicard, III, Great-Granddaughter, Emai Nicard, Great-Grandson, Tahj Nicard, Great-Granddaughter, Payton Nicard, Great-Granddaughter, Kaior Nicard, Great-Granddaughter, Bella R Nicard, and she will be dearly missed by a host of other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her Father, Nicholas Bommarito; Mother, Helen M Hoffman; Three Brothers, Nicholas (Lois) Bommarito, Joseph (Kay) Bommarito, Robert (Sandy) Hoffman; Daughter, Kathleen M Nicard; and Grandson, Preston D Nicard.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Saturday, June 5, 2021 at Newcomer Cremations and Funerals.
Memorial Service will be held at 4:00 pm Saturday, June 5, 2021.
