Matt Grider, age 58, of Saint Peters, Missouri passed away on Wednesday, October 11, 2023 in Saint Louis, Missouri. He was born in St. Louis, Missouri on July 14, 1965 to Maurice and Marian Grider (nee Suntrup).
Matt had a life filled with love, laughter, and cherished moments.
Matthew is survived by his wife, Cindy Grider; sister, Maureen (Pascual) Macia; brother, Mark (Barb) Grider; three nieces, Elena (Alfredo) Diaz, Liz (Glenn), Catie Grider; three nephews, Danny (Alaina) Macia, Alex (Amanda) Macia, Jack Grider; five great-nieces, Alexia, Lucia, Arianna, Amara, Isla; great-nephew, Adrian; brother-in-law, Scott Dilg; uncle, Butch (Chris) Schmelter; four cousins, Kimberly (Rick) Milentz, George (Tiffany) Schmelter, and Jacoby, Jaiden; and a host of other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Marian Rose Grider; father, Maurice Grider; and mother-in-law, Marie; and father-in-law, Don.
Services will be private.
