Melanie Elizabeth Pollard, age 75, of Saint Peters, Missouri passed away on Friday, March 2, 2018 in St. Charles, Missouri. She was born in St. Louis, Missouri on September 1, 1942 to William and Marjorie Woodward (nee Ehlers).
Melanie was a homemaker who enjoyed spending time with her family . She was married to Glen Pollard for 48 years.
Melanie is survived by her Husband, Glen H. Pollard, Jr.; Sons, David M. (Tirzah) Pollard and Jeff D. (Kacy) Pollard; Siblings, Brenda Finley and George Woodward; Grandchildren, Whitney Pollard, Amy Pollard, Jordan Pollard, Dillon Pollard and Brayden Pollard and a host of other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her Parents, William B. and Marjorie M. Woodward; Sister, Enola Nickerson;
Visitation will be held at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals and Receptions 837 Mid Rivers Mall Dr. St. Peters, MO 63376 on Friday, March 9, 2018 from 10:00-11:00 am. Funeral service will follow at Newcomer at 11:00 am with Minister Jeff Pollard officiating. Interment service will follow the service at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery 2900 Sheridan Rd. St. Louis, MO 63125 at 1:15 pm.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that a donation be made in Melanie's honor to the First Baptist Church of St. Peters, 3533 Mid Rivers Mall Dr., St Peters, MO 63376
