Melody Carol Weber, age 67, of Dardenne Prairie, Missouri passed away on Thursday, January 9, 2020. She was born in Long Beach, California on March 28, 1952 to Russel and Audrey Reimer (nee Filbrandt).
Melody was a woman with many passions in her life, but above all her family came first. She would always go above and beyond as a mom and grandma by attending every sporting event, school function and birthday party. Her life's ultimate happiness was watching the joy in her children's and grandchildren's faces.
She was also a seamstress extraordinaire, who frequently dressed her daughters, and eventually, granddaughters, in the latest fashion trends. However, her seamstress' efforts did not end there. She would also sew her own pillows, table runners and drapery. She had an impeccable taste in interior design that showed in her warm and inviting home. Melody's place was never a house; it was undeniably a home for all her family and friends.
She loved all animals, but most of all her own dogs she had throughout her life: Jasper, Kirby, Izzy, Wezlee and Daizy.
Melody is survived by her husband, David Weber of O'Fallon, MO, daughters, Miranda "Mandy" (Nicole Cline) Weber, Heather (Joseph) Smith, Lindsey (Josh) Sievers, her parents Russel and Audrey Reimer, her brother, Chris (Pam) Reimer, her sister, Cheryl (Mike) Richardson, six grandchildren, Derick, Sierra, Ellie, Jillian, Jake and Kyle and many other family members and friends.
Visitation will be Monday, January 13, 2020 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters, Missouri from 4 pm to 8 pm. Celebration of Life service will be Tuesday, January 14, 2020 at United Methodist Church of the Shepherd, 1601 Woodstone Drive, St. Charles, Missouri at 11:00 am.
