Melvin Elmer Rehg

Melvin Elmer Rehg, age 76, of Foristell, Missouri passed away on Thursday, April 26, 2018 in Lake Saint Louis, Missouri. He was born in Columbia, Illinois on April 21, 1942 to Walter and Pauline Rehg (nee Heismer). Melvin was a janitor at Wentzville School District for 10 years.
Melvin is survived by his wife of 29 years, Ruth Ann (nee Keubler) Rehg, step-daughter, Alexandra S. (Jerry) Meurer; grandchildren, Emilee N. Meurer, Zachary E. Meurer and Olivia G. Meurer; siblings, Roger (Laura) Rehg, Norma (David) Herron and Joyce (Kenny) Schmidt and a host of other family members and friends.
Visitation will be held at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals and Reception 837 Mid Rivers Mall Dr. St. Peters, Missouri 63376 on May 1, 2018 from 4:00-7:00 pm. Funeral ceremony will take place on Wednesday, May 2, 2018 at Newcomer at 11:00am with Noel Stephens officiating. Interment will be held at Oak Grove Cemetery following the ceremony.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Lung Association in honor of Melvin.
