Michael Barnhouse

Michael Edward Barnhouse, age 79, of Saint Charles, Missouri, passed away on Saturday, May 4, 2024. He was born in St. Louis, Missouri, on November 14, 1944, to Michael and Ann Barnhouse (nee Dolan).

Michael was a wiz with numbers. Whether with accounting throughout his career as a CPA, in card games like Texas Hold ‘Em, or tracking the box scores in baseball (esp. his home team of the St. Louis Cardinals and his adopted Houston Astros), they were his lens on the world and he loved to share his secrets to beat the odds.

Michael is survived by his loving wife, Phyllis Barnhouse (nee Forstmann); son, Bryan Jason (Jennifer) Barnhouse; and a host of other family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Michael Jessie Barnhouse; mother, Ann Barnhouse.

Mass will be 11:00 am Tuesday, May 21, 2024, at St. Peters Catholic Church, 221 1st Capitol Dr, St Charles, MO 63301. Inurnment to follow Mass at St. Peter Catholic Cemetery, S. 6th Street, St. Charles, MO 63301.
